GROUP FITNESS

Group fitness is a great way to stay motivated, stick to a routine, and give you the added accountability from the instructor and other members. Take the classes with your friends or meet new friends while working out! All group classes at Elite Island Fitness are led by a certified instructors or certified personal trainers, so you will have proper direction and focus on form from an expert throughout the entire workout.
