CHRISSY
Chrissy Lefavour began teaching yoga in 2012 with her foundations in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Power Yoga. Her teaching has evolved into a variety of styles always incorporating elements of breath, body and mind. Yoga is a practice for all people incorporating dynamic movement and sequencing. Chrissy's classes will guide you through movement that is both safe and fun, while creating an atmosphere for challenge, growth and play. In addition to weekly classes, Chrissy leads teacher trainings and retreats as she's constantly inspired by the people and places that surround her. Come as you are and see you soon!
